“I am a former student of MVL and I cannot say enough good things about it. The academics prepared me for the rigorous university level classes. The teachers and my fellow students were encouraging and always willing to lend a hand. My inside scoop would have to be that MVL is a community. Everyone knows MVL as a good competitor in sports, academics, music, but what really speaks volumes about MVL is that when there is an off-season, with more losses than wins, MVL students are always gracious. The music programs are top of the line. I can't say enough about the directors of the band and the choirs. The coaches have just the right combination of working to win and playing to have fun. Highly recommended!”

“The education you receive at MVL is like no other. The small school size allows you to know everyone in your school, not just your grade. You even get to know the teachers on a personal basis. The classes are full of students who want to be there and actually have a passion for learning. The athletics are strong as well as the co-curriculars as all teams advance far into playoffs and sectional meets. The work ethic has become known around the area as the 'MVL Way'. Parents are very involved and supportive in everything. Overall, I'm very pleased with this school and the experience students attending there receive.”

“The education my daughter receives at MVL is the most comprehensive and progressive learning I could've ever imagined. The academics are fabulous as small class sizes provide challenging and interesting course material. The athletics and co-curriculars are well-known around the area for working hard and advancing far into playoffs each season. The art department is very strong as well as all students are pushed to imagine the unthinkable and portray it as they see it. The choir is comparable to a college choir and receive accolades of the highest. However, the level of parent involvement is only as high as the parent wants it. Overall, this school is great for any parent who wants their child well-prepared for college and life beyond.”
